MAY 21- JUNE 5, 2019

May 20 (Mon) – Depart DFW – Morning transatlantic flight for Johannesburg. (Meals provided in flight.)

May 21 (Tue) – Layover in Dubai (or elsewhere)/JNB/Pretoria. Depending on best available prices for airfare, we might have a layover in London for one day arriving Pretoria early tomorrow. Otherwise we arrive late evening tonight.

May 22 (Wed) – Pretoria. Morning lectures/teachings after breakfast. We will meet with Jesus 4 Real Ministries to encounter life in a Township. We will be able to do diverse kinds of works including drama, food distribution, face painting, among others and always including evangelism. In the evening, we will go into the streets of Pretoria where we will minister to prostitutes and pimps. (B,D)

May 23 (Thu) – Pretoria. Today we will have breakfast followed by morning teachings. We will then team up again with Jesus 4 Real Ministries and Victory Outreach to infiltrate the streets of Pretoria. We will be ministering to the people of Sunnyside Neighborhood. Lunch will be a special time with the Victory Outreach group. This evening we have a special South African braai (bbq) planned followed by a powerful time of worship and prophecy. (B,D)

May 24 (Fri) – Pretoria. After breakfast, we will head to a local church for Sunday service. Special lunch planned today for after service. Enjoy our last evening in fellowship with the Jesus 4 Real Ministries team. (B,D)

May 25 (Sat) – Pretoria/Port Elizabeth (Addo Elephant Park). After breakfast, drive to the airport for the next exciting part of our journey. We arrive at Port Elizabeth airport and after a quick tour of the city and/or san dunes, we begin our journey into the famous Addo Elephant National Park. We will be lodging in the surrounding grounds of this beautiful national park where we will be able to enjoy the South African wildlife. Special welcome dinner this evening under the stars. (B,D)

May 26 (Sun) – Addo Elephant Park. Today we enjoy an unforgettable South African safari excursion. We will board our Safari Land Rover and drive through the park to enjoy God’s wonderful creation. You will see many diverse species of animals, flora and fauna and of course, keep an eye out for hopes of catching a glimpse of the Big 5. (B,D)

May 27 (Mon) – Addo Elephant Park/Storms River/Sedgefield. Today we have a beautiful morning drive through the famous Garden Route to a little piece of heaven called Storms River. Located in the Tsitsikamma National Park, Storms River offers the best of both worlds for the outdoors enthusiast. Stand in awe as you behold the high peak mountains at the shores of the beautiful Indian Ocean. Enjoy the trails of the park some of which will bring you through suspended bridges over the ocean. Continue to Sedgefield for dinner and overnight. (B,D)

May 28 (Tue) – Sedgefield. Today we team up with Ethnos Movement International in the growing town of George. The ministry has a beautiful coffee bar where employees are mainly immigrants who may not otherwise be able to find a job. During the evenings, the coffee bar closes to allow for business reintegrating of the homeless. (B,D).

May 29 (Wed) – Sedgefield. After time for breakfast and teachings, we will meet up with our Christian brothers and sisters who are leaders of the local township community for ministry. This will be a time of teaching/encouraging leaders and spending time getting to know the people of the township. We will be able to have a time of ministry at the community center as well as food distribution. (B,D).

May 30 (Thu) – Sedgefield/Cape Town. We continue our beautiful drive through the Garden Route as we make our way to our final destination, Cape Town. (B,D)

May 31 (Fri) – Cape Town. In the morning we will team up with a local ministry. After our time of ministry, we can explore Cape Town. Experience the sunset from mountaintop after dinner. (B,D)

June 1 (Sat) – Cape Town. Visit one of South Africa’s most recognizable landmark, Table Mountain. Enjoy the views and scenery as we hike the mountain. Enjoy lunch at the summit. (B,D)

June 2 (Sun) – Cape Town. On our last day in Cape Town we will After our visit, we will have the opportunity for some local market shopping. Special farewell dinner. (B,D).

June 3 (Mon) – Cape Town/JNB. Early morning departure for airport for our return flights back home. Layover most likely in Dubai late evening before departure for DFW.

June 4 (Tue) – Arrival DFW. Welcome home! Morning arrival in DFW.

TARIFF & CURRENCY FLUCTUATIONS:

Price is based on current tariffs, taxes, and exchange levels.  Rates are subject to adjustments in the event of sharp fluctuations in exchange rates, increases and/or additional fuel or security surcharges.  Price is based on a minimum group size of  25.

VALID PASSPORT IS REQUIRED:

It is required that your passport be valid for at least six months from the date of your departure. A visa may be required for non-USA citizens.  You are responsible to have all documents in order.

PAYMENT DEADLINES & CANCELLATION POLICY:

Full refund minus a $100.00 fee will be made for cancellations received in writing up to 12/8/2018.  After that date, additional cancellation fees are as follows:

RETURNED CHECKS:

Returned checks will incur a $32 service fee.
